Meet Dr. Morrie Rosen Philadelphia, PA
Dr. Morrie Rosen received his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1992, following his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Rosen completed his dental education with rotations at the Veteran’s Hospital in Philadelphia as well as Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia.
Dr. Rosen has conducted dental research at Penn Dental Medicine and Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry where he received the prestigious "Dr. Morris Bradin Award in Periodontics" for his research project and presented his findings at the National Institute for Health.
Dr. Rosen’s joined his current practice in 1997. As a quick adopter of new technology, Dr. Rosen was featured on the local news demonstrating and explaining the uses of Intra-oral Cameras. He became the managing partner in 1999, and under his guidance the practice grew to serve over 10,000 patients annually in the Greater Philadelphia area. His state-of-the-art dental practice quickly became one of the premier dental practices for restorative dentistry in the Philadelphia area providing patients with cosmetic dentistry, implants and Invisalign.
In addition to the expert care for his patients, Dr. Rosen has continued to work to improve the field of general dentistry. He has been a consultant and spokesman for an international company as it began to enter the dental market with new oral care products. He has consulted with a Princeton dental software startup where he was involved in the design of software for the dental community.
Dr. Rosen also enjoys being a clinical faculty instructor at Penn Dental Medicine where he helps to educate the next generation of dentists.
Dr. Rosen serves on the Penn Dental Medicine Alumni Society Executive Committee and is a member in good standing of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Philadelphia County Dental Society, the American Academy of Clear Aligners, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. |
